Web analytics is the measurement and analysis of data to inform an understanding of user behaviour across web pages.

What different analytics platforms do, is that they measure user activity and behaviour on a website, for example: how many users visit, how long they stay, how many pages they visit, which pages they visit, and whether they arrive by following a link or not.

The importance of web analytics is that they provide insights and data to measure and benchmark site performance which can be used to create a better user experience for website visitors. And also to look at key performance indicators that drive their business, such as purchase conversion rate.

Using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe and other providers to gather the website’s data together with Google Tag Manager which helps to implement different tracking metrics on the customer’s site, we have analysed and optimised numerous online campaigns and customer journeys.

Through the findings and with our help, our customers have been able to increase their web goals and conversions, the key KPIs for the customer, which they have had difficulty before.
